Mark Wahlberg and Anthony Mackie walked the red carpet at the Pain & Gain premiere in L.A. sans their co-star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The wrestler-turned-actor underwent emergency surgery on Monday for a hernia he suffered during a WWE match against John Cena. (Not to worry, Rock fans, Johnson is now on the mend.)
However, Wahlberg, Mackie, and funny lady Rebel Wilson still managed to entertain the crowd at the premiere without The Rock's help. They signed autographs for excited fans, and were all smiles on the red carpet. Wilson even decided to glam it up in a sequined red dress and matching lipstick -- a look we totally approve of.
"Pain & Gain" tells the real-life story of bodybuilders/criminals who dream up a kidnapping and extortion plot that doesn't exactly go the way they planned.
