By Erin Whitney No one likes seeing a cell phone light up in the middle of a movie theater, much less enduring the annoying key click sounds, but Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke really don't like it. In a new anti-talking and -texting PSA for the Alamo Drafthouse theater chain, the two stars of "Before Midnight" break the fourth wall to send a hilarious message to cinema cell phone users. In what plays like a scene from "Before Midnight," Hawke enlightens us on Tolstoy, until an annoyed Delpy interrupts him to turn to the camera in a rage against a man texting in the audience (a.k.a you). Cursing in both French and English Delpy says, "Is this your living room? Get the f*ck out of here man!" Hawke tries to calm her down, brushing it off with a funny reference to Woody Allen's 1985 "The Purple Rose of Cairo" (a film where an actor in a movie theater breaks the fourth wall to talk to an audience member). Whether or not you're one of those moviegoers who subjects others to your cell phone conversations, you definitely won't anymore once Delpy's done with you. Watch the hilarious PSA above.
