Emma Watson plays a teenage thief in "The Bling Ring," and today, at the Cannes Film Festival, she managed to steal the show.
The 23-year-old former "Harry Potter" star looked chic and very grown-up in a black and cream-colored dress. The actress, who recently revealed that she is in no rush to be seen as a "woman," looked sophisticated and elegant, continuing to remind us that she is not schoolgirl Hermione Granger anymore. You're kind of working against yourself there, Emma.
Watson was joined by her "Bling Ring" co-stars and the movie's writer-director, Sofia Coppola, at the event in France.
"The Bling Ring" tells the true story of five teenagers-turned-burglars who targeted the lavish pads of celebrities. The fame-obsessed group tracked the whereabouts of the rich and famous online, and broke into the houses of stars, including Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Orlando Bloom, while they were out of town.
