Each year on Earth Day, we take the time to reflect on the glory of nature and (hopefully) make a concerted effort to preserve the natural resources that we take for granted.
But there are characters and situations in various movies that aren't as concerned with Earth Day tenets like preserving the balance, reducing wastefulness, and protecting the things in nature that we hold so dear. It's these offenders (and we use the term offenders loosely -- these are fictional movies, after all) that we want to single out on Earth Day with five films that showed humans squandering natural resources.
