In "The Company You Keep," Shia LaBeouf plays a young reporter eager to expose the true identity of an antiwar-fugitive-turned-lawyer played by Robert Redford. But the movie's premiere at the Museum of Modern Art in New York last night left us eager to find out what happened to LaBeouf's broken foot.
LaBeouf looked more or less put together in a navy suit. He opted to go sans tie, but plus a broken foot that was wrapped in a cast and a sexy plastic boot. Last night on Letterman, the actor revealed that his injury was the result of a jump-roping accident. Poor guy.
But LaBeouf wasn't letting his temporary handicap damper his mood. He laughed with and hugged his costars, including Redford -- who also directed the film -- and Brit Marling during the premiere. Redford sported an all black suit, accessorized with a black and white scarf and red pocket square. Very hip, Robert. Very hip.
Check out pictures of the premiere below and watch Redford and LaBeouf face off in theaters on April 5.
