It's alive!
Fresh off his opening song-and-dance number at this year's Oscars, Daniel Radcliffe is now in final talks to star in Fox's "Frankenstein," as the assistant, Igor. The film, based on Mary Shelley's classic novel, will be directed by "Lucky Number Slevin" helmer Paul McGuigan.
Radcliffe recently made headlines for his very un-"Potter"-like role in the Sundance hit "Kill Your Darlings," as iconic beat poet Allen Ginsberg. Prior to that, he starred in the period-horror piece, "The Woman in Black." Later this year, he will appear in "Horns," a fantasy film from director Alexandre Aja.
Radcliffe has also been busy off-screen, starring on Broadway in the musical "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," and in London's West End play “Cripple of Inishmaan.”
