Ready for the saddest L bomb drop, ever?
"The Sessions," which is an adaptation of autobiographical writings of journalist and poet Mark O'Brien, follows a disabled man (John Hawkes) who, at 38, wishes to lose his V card and thus seeks the help of his therapist and priest (William H. Macy) and a professional sex surrogate, played by Helen Hunt.
The film, which premiered at Sundance, already has critics swooning; it already received an Audience Award (U.S. Dramatic) and a U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Prize for Ensemble Acting.
